To live stream your meetings or presentations is an excellent solution to continue your activity and reaching out to those who can not be physically present to contribute during a time when physical, face to face meetings are prohibited.
Photographer Linus Nyholm and Bertills & Jung now offer a digital meeting room in the center of Vaasa. We do both live feeds and pre recorded productions.
Accessible and clear information – now more crucial than ever
A few chosen participants can be present at our premises during the meeting or recording and the rest can follow the live feed from home via Youtube or Facebook. You could also integrate the feed to your own website. The streaming can be open to the public or made private for carefully selected participants. Every online meeting can also be recorded and saved to be uploaded to your own channels or website at another time. It is also possible to add Powerpoint or slides to the presentation.
We offer meeting rooms, good wifi connection and technique. Our focus being to make information as accessible and clear as possible for the recipients. This is how we stick together – even during times of social distancing.
