During this spring digital solutions have become part of everyday life – also within the wellness industry. SupportMe is now expanding its network and welcomes Coach Carina Granö-Träskelin to the team.
In an industry where most things are carried out on the premises together with a client, the corona pandemic has definitely ruffled a few feathers. The current restrictions bring tough challenges to the wellness industry, yet Granö-Träskelin manages to keep a positive outlook.
– The Corona has created a vast amount of digital solutions and today I carry out most of my coaching online. We as a society are facing big changes. Something new is growing and taking over as a result of the pandemic.
At the same time Granö-Träskelin does not think we should turn a blind eye to the expected rise of unemployment and layoffs.
– I believe many will be feeling an uncertainty this summer as we try and find out place within this crisis. This is when a coach could be of help both when it comes to individuals as well as teams. You need to have faith in the future. Together we will bring forth what is important to you and your specific skills, things that contribute to you finding trust in yourself in the midst of the crisis.
With over 20 years experience of working with communication in various ways Carina is a trustworthy and experienced coach. She is a certified coach ( ACC), has a diploma in stress – and wellness therapy, is a qualified qigong instructor as well as a master in political science.
Since the autumn 2012 Carina Granö-Träskelin has been an entrepreneur operating her wellness center Wasa Wellness. Granö-Träskelin has single handedly built up her company and transformed a previous public sauna in to an oasis for wellness in the center of Vasa.
– To me, words like respect, happiness and authenticity are visible in everything I do. I enjoy taking on new challenges and have been a natural leader throughout my whole life.
Granö-Träskelin looks forward to encountering new people with different fates in a new way within a new working environment.
